How We Plan a Halloween LED Show
Before the event we ask a few simple questions. How many guests are expected, and how old are they? Will the room be dark, or will there be disco lights? Is there a particular moment, such as a cake or a costume parade, that the show should lead into? With those answers our performer can choose the right props and music and plan a set that fits the evening.
On the night our performer arrives early to get changed, check the space and test the props. LED props are bright, so we also think about where the audience will be, making sure everyone gets a good view and nobody is too close to the spinning clubs and poi.
After the show, there is usually time for photos and questions. Children often want to know how the props work, and we are always happy to show them a few simple tricks and let them see the lights up close.

Most stage shows run for 10 to 20 minutes, while walkabout sets usually last around 45 minutes. We can combine both for longer events.
Do you need a stage?
No. A clear space and low lighting is all we need, although a darker room really helps the colours stand out.
Can you perform outdoors?
Yes, LED shows look fantastic outside after dark, and we can add a fire finale where it is safe to do so.
